The first annual US Ride Shakedown took place this past weekend and 686’s own Forest Bailey was there to hold it down.  After competing in an exhausting 90 minute jam session against fellow rail slayers Zak Hale, Corey Noble, Austin Sweeten, Jonah Owen and Yale Cousino Forest found himself as one of three riders advancing into the finals.

Forest,  Austin Hironaka, and Sam Hulbert made up the finals roster and after getting underway, each rider consistently stepped it up to out-perform each other for the judges. Although Forest and  Sam both landed a list of banger tricks, they tied for 2nd place and the win went to hometown hero,  Austin Hironaka,  for his 360 Miller-flip on the totem pole.

Regardless of missing out on the win, Forest was simply killing it. Keep it up!!! Hopefully you’ll get yours this weekend at the US Open!
