Shipping Terms

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Typical turn around is within 24 hours of placing your order. All orders are shipped FOB Westlife Distribution USA LLC.

For Express shipping options: Orders must be placed by 11am Pacific Time in order to be shipped same day.  All Express orders placed after 11am will ship the following day.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, and only if the item(s) are in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned products.  Refunds for freight will not be processed.

Refunded amounts will be applied to the credit card used for ordering.   We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

No direct exchanges will be accepted.  If you wish to be shipped an alternate product then a new order will have to be placed at www.686.com/store.

 

Return Instructions

Please contact store@westlifedistribution.com if you would like to return your item(s) so that we can issue you an authorized RMA number.  After you receive your RMA number, you may return the item(s) to:

Please be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of the box so that it is clearly visible, otherwise the return process may be delayed.  We suggest you ship your return back to us using a shipping method that offers a tracking number since you are responsible for the goods during transit and in the event of a lost shipment.

Any items returned to us without an RMA number WILL NOT be processed.
