My name is Tom Wagner, all my friends call me Wagi.

I’m 23 years old from Austria and started snowboarding in my local resorts here in Zillertal when I was around 15/16 years old cause I was sick of competing skiraces. I really was the typical skidude in tight skiing-racesuites who hated snowboarders who were sitting in the middle of the slopes, so I learned how to spray all the other nerds which is also the most fun in snowboarding. I changed my winter toy and began to skate and stuff like that, and changed my whole lifestyle, which was the best decision in my life I guess.

What I like the most is being on the mountain with my friends, having the best time in the park, backcountry or just cruising and fooling around on the slopes, that’s probably the best part in snowboarding, just being creative on the slopes an ridin’ alternative-lines in the railparks.

Unfortunately I had some serious problem with my knee, but after 2 operations it’s almost feeling good…still a lot of training but it’s cool having legs like skiing-legend Hermann Maier. Haha...

Summer is a good time to fill up your batteries if it’s swimming, some sessions in the miniramp or searching spots on the mountain which could work out in winter while you’re trying to be Reinhold Messner.

Next season is gonna be awesome I guess, really looking forward to film a lot and having fun with my awesome crew -> thedjudes.com
