Welcome to Season Four of the New Balance and 686 collaborative project. The line-up for 2012-2013 is the most complete and lightest boot collection to date. Premium fabrications, materials, lightweight construction, minimalist design aesthetics and an incredible sneaker-like fit, all combine with strong partnerships with the BOA® focus lacing system, Recco® avalanche monitors and 3-zonal patented SCL speedlacing system complete the new winter line-up for 2012-2013
Size ChartThe original Snaggletooth was born in 2007 deep in the pristine mountains where he soon started a family that we affectionately have named. The Snaggle Clan. The family is made of Maw and Paw Snaggle, their two children, and a random squirrel. Odd? Yes! Until recently, they've lived in peace and harmony in a pimped-out cave, but now the ever-expanding human race has discovered their perfectly-slanted Mecca and decided it was prime space for a winter resort. Always three steps behind, always dysfunctional, and always down for a good ole' time, the Snaggletooth Clan is here to stay ... even if they don't have a home!

One the eve of our double decade, we felt it was a great time to up the ante once again. With the contribution of Dragon's Director of Product, Mike Tobia and founder and CEO, Will Howard, we used their revolutionary APX® frameless Infinity Lens goggle as inspiration and designed a collection of jackets that speaks the same language of modern and minimalist design.

In 1992, Mike Maceda (owner of Plain Sane) helped Mike West start 686 out of his dorm room at USC. 20 years later, 686 is returning the favor by doing a limited throwback to the OG's.

The A-A Rocker has a minimal base contour arc that results in a paradox of performance and a smooth and stable ride. From the peak to the park, the A-A Rocker is built with an Iso Tech wood core, Delta Tech base, Mono Tech sidewalls and provides a high level of progressive performance needed for top-level freestyle riders to backcountry terrain and conditions.
